Create a Portfolio Chart?

HI, Looking for a way to create a candle chart that represents an entire portfolio of symbols for any given time period. Goal is to be able to see the portfolio the same way you view a single symbol. Seems to me it should be a function of TOS but I can not find it.

@3AMBH You are correct, there is nothing in Thinkscript that does what you are looking for automatically... Are you looking for a composite of a watchlist, your portfolio, or something else...???

What I do is (Symbol * shares + Symbol * shares) for each stock, commodity and FX in your portfolio. You may have a limit to how many symbols you can use This will show profit/loss for the day on a daily chart for the month to date on a monthly chart ect. Example (200*GLD + 200*MSFT + 200*MCD + 350*F + 150*MCD + 400*GDX) and so on.

If you are using futures you need to use unit size for each contract; example (25000*/HG + 50*/ES + 42000*/RB) and so on.

I am a novice and do not understand where you or how you create the chart. .

Type your symbol and share count in the chart symbol input on your charts. Or copy and paste (Crtl V) the bold print to see an example 200*GLD + 200*MSFT + 200*MCD + 350*F + 150*MCD + 400*GDX

Is there a way to chart current symbols AND symbols that were sold to get a YTD P/L chart?

You won't be able to add previously sold symbols because they will continue to render totals... You can use the Monitor panel for that,
