Conditional order based on price at close of time frame

I am relatively new to trading and brand new to ToS.

Is it possible to have a conditional buy order based on the closing price being at or above a certain level for a given time frame (5 or 15 minutes as an example)?

Welcome to ThinkOrSwim and ThinkScript...

ToS does not do automatic trading. You can create a "strategy" which will place virtual trades for backtesting, but it doesn't have any option for placing actual trades.

With that out of the way, your request is sufficiently vague that I can really only say that it's likely possible to code anything as long as you have access to the data (closes of time periods are readily available in ThinkScript -- some things you may find are not). However, without more specifics on what you're thinking, it won't really be possible to give much more guidance than that.
