Comparing first 30 minute candle to previous 30 minute candles

Good evening everyone, i am trying to find a watchlist column indicator that shows RVOL based on the first 15m & 30m compared to previous 15m / 30m candles in a 15D period.
This is not to be confused with an RVOL indicator that compares current candle to previous X amount of candles. For example, most rvol indicators compare first 30minute candle to previous 30 candles, but when watching RVOL at the beginning of the day, obviously RVOL will be elevated because the RVOL scanner is taking into consideration yesterdays mid-day session- afternoon session, (where volume is low).
Hoping this can be achieved, thanks in advance!

Unfortunately I wasn’t able to find what I was looking for, most RVOL indicators on there are what I described in the beginning post! Most compare volume to previous ‘x’ amount of bars.
What I’m looking for is an rvol indicator that can compare the first 15 minutes / 30 minutes to previous days first 15 minute / 30 minute candles, preferably previous 15 days.
