Code for promising candlestick pattern conditions?

Two candles, both are green (close is higher than the open). The first candle must cross the 12 EMA (and close above it). Also, the first candle must be less than the 26 EMA. I don't want a strategy, just a study I plan to use on a daily chart, thanks!

This should get you started. This assumes that by first candle you mean first chronologically, rather than by leading / trailing. But I am guessing that you really want the signal to have happened yesterday, and confirm it by today continuing to go up? You squiggle-doodle traders are an odd lot.
