Chart Colors Best for the Eyes? Share your Colors

Curious to see everyone's color combo for ToS charts! I've been having a bit more eye strain lately and was thinking about switching it up. Love the simple white background, grey grid with red and black candles but my eyes are not saying yes. Post them charts & colors :)

Your best chart would be a white background and B&W candles, drawing trends,.... with this combo, the eye picks up easier patterns. A clean chart if possible, non to minimal indicator......

Nobody has actually answered the question, so here's a real answer.

This is what I use. I know a lot of people use white screens, but I find the dark background very easy to look at, even for hours on end.

I also use range bars as opposed to time or tick, because time is irrelevant. Only price movement matters. That said, I find the subdued (desaturated) colors make it very easy to look at a lot of detail without too much eye strain. Easier to focus without focusing, if you know what I mean.

Whatever works for you. Conducted tests have demonstated easier identification of patterns with white background and B&W Candles. Think about an eye test?

Do you have a source for said tests? I'd be very curious to understand what the conditions were, and what specifically they were trying to test.

Staring at a white screen is like staring into a light bulb.
