Candle color change

Hi, not sure if its possible but its above my skill set, can anyone create a script that changes the color of a closed candle based on where the price closes. Meaning, if the price closes in the bottom quarter 25% of the candle then change the color of the candle to red, if the candle closes in the top quarter 25% of the candle then change the candle to green, 5 minute candle. thanks in advance for the help.

This will color price after the close of the current bar. This is done by the def 'color_when' , which is defined as not the current bar.
Optional test bubbles were displayed in the image to test the code.
