call put ratio scanner

is it possible to build a scanner that will show me the put to call ratios i would like to scan the market for any stock that's thats in a 3 to 1 call or put ratio id like to be able to adjust the ratios also manually id like to scan for both favor to calls or favor to puts. i have found where to find this info on each stock on think or swim but it would mean id have to go to every symbol and look. I'm not good with the built in scanner. is this possible and if so can some one help me with a script or just the correct things to put into the built in scanner for tos? thank you

The ToS Options Hacker Module doesn't allow the using of custom scripts to scan against options related data. We aren't allowed to use custom Thinkscript code in the Options Scanner.

in the stock hacker it has "put/call ratio" in the drop down box. i don't know if that will do what I'm looking for i played around with it but really have no idea how to configure the scanner to do such a scan. i just don't know how to input the correct info. are there manual settings to do a similar type scan, instead of a script?

As @BenTen stated the ToS platform does not provide the ability for custom put/call ratio scans.
As you saw, there is a built-in put/call ratio, it is limited to choosing a min and max ratio:
