Building FinViz Scanner

I am trying to build a scanner in ThinkOrSwim that will mimic as closely as possible the criteria I am currently using on FinViz.

Finviz Settings:
Price Range: $1 - $5 (I've got this nailed down)
Market Cap: $300,000,000 (Not sure I'm getting this right
Average Volume: Over 1,000,000 (Not sure I'm getting this right)
Current Volume: Over 100,000 (I've got this nailed down)
Avg True Range: Over $0.15 (Can't figure this out)
Relative Volume: Over 1 (Can't figure this out)

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
