Break PM High Alert

I would like to create a script that would alert in my watchlist when the stock breaks PM High on say a 5 or 10 mins candle

@pga0008 Todays high or yesterdays high...??? With such a brief explanation we don't have much to go on and your image is just a portion of the chart with no markup explaining what we should be seeing... Remember, it's your vision so you need to help us understand a bit better in order for us to be able to help you effectively...

As for the Custom Watchlist Column, there may be up to 3 - 7 minutes of lag... Would that be acceptable...??? I have had a few that haven't had the usual lag as of late, but not all...

1. today’s pre market high school
2. Yes ok with the lag
3. I watch 10-20 stocks and instead of setting alerts on everyone for their PM high was hoping the watch list could alert
