ATR Horizontal line

Hello there, need help, I'm trying to plot a horizontal line that shows the result of the High of the current day or the close of the day before (whichever is higher) minus the ATR (average true range) for the last 10 days.
I'm having trouble defining the ATR, plus I don't know how to make it do the equation with the higher value...

How to plot a horizontal line on the chart at the ATR level?

I tried following script but it does not work! Please help. Thank you.
