Are there cumulative tick charts for individual stocks?

The valuable information needed to determine where an equity is headed is not available to the minions. Id like to take level 2 quotes and create an indicator based on that movement and place it on the price chart. Are there cumulative tick charts for individual stocks? I know of the Shadow Trader everyone uses and I have that, but is there an indicator that can look at the tick for individual equities?

The cumulative tick chart is taking all the NYSE stocks subtracting the upticks from the downticks and whatever you net tells you who is winning the war in the markets.

When you do it to individual charts, you end up with one tick that either goes up or down. AKA in order to provide what it is you want, you have to make tick charts.
