Anyone Know the Script TOS for Stats ? How many Days does a stock Gap +10% last 2 years for example ?

Based on that:
1. How much was the % it runs High?
2. Avg Spike % ?
3. # Days Finish Red and %?
4. Number of days finish Green and % ?
5. Close Below Open

If anyone can help me with this STATS Script will appreciate too much !
