On many of the instructional videos on YouTube and on TOS itself, the "instructor" will very quickly draw circles, pointers, lines, boxes etc. with his/her pointer/mouse. On some videos, apparently the instructor has a hot-key that puts a small white dot under their pointer (or whatever TOS Drawing Tool they have selected)...and then draw a line or arrow, or circle or box... to highlight what they are talking about.
I can't seem to find the "tool" or hot-key that enables them to do that?
Is that functionality built-in TOS, or is a separate Windows app?
Thanks in advance.
PS: And I'm NOT referring to the various Drawing Tools that are accessed on the TOS Charts... (unless there is some hot-key in TOS that I can't find that enables the cursor/pointer to "annotate"... (By "annotate", I mean to quickly draw with a white or other color line or box or circle, or free-hand write some text, etc.)
