Algo Spotting Indicator

Does anyone have an indicator for TOS that can spot when algos are turned on/off?

Algos are never off...

There are many different types of algorithms in different types of stocks. Indicator can be built if you can specify the algorithm and gather data how it behaves.

He's pretty legit, but I find algos are always around, you have to adjust to them - you'll never out trade them as they are co-located at exchanges and are on fiber.
