Every time I make a trade, The execution time is exactly one hour off. When I go to settings and attempt to adjust this, the only options I have are local time and Eastern standard time. Local time which is Pacific time is chosen. However it is one hour off. For example at is at 9:30 Pacific daylight time it shows the time as 8:30 Pacific daylight time. How do I change this?
