15% change for Pre Market and after hour trading

Hello Im looking for a script that can alert me of a 15% change outside the regular trading hours. I'am new to the thinkorswim platform and the scanner I have doesn't do it job after hours; and so I would kindly appreciate if anyone has something like this or can lead me to post that does. Also would it be possible for the stocks listed to be under $5? Thanks again
