I'm definitely intrigued--what all do you have running on your upper?

Also @jake438899, almost any indicator is guarenteed to give some false signals on the 1min chart simply by virtue of how much noise there is. That being said, it still seems to function well at that level.
On your chart are you labels publicly shared? What is the trail stop based on / calculation? Thank you.

Boy, the B4 nailed good entries on all 4 micro indices this morning! (Still trading micros while refining my strategy).

I was curious to try @Christopher84 's Confirmation Candles with the B4 this morning. I decided on the M2K because, if I interpreted the Confirmation Candles lower indicator correctly, it was firing long at the same time as the B4's FST and RSI_IFT. Also, price was crossing the 200, 50, and 21 EMAs.

I was hoping for a bigger run up, but that doji at the Mobius trend pivot was the beginning of the end. The Confirmation Candles lower indicator may be helpful for those struggling to find good exits with the B4. (I'm NOT asking for any changes to the B4!)

This is my first day playing around with a combination of the B4 and Confirmation Candles. First impression: I really like the combo!

Does anyone have a watchlist column for the three x stoch oscillator indicator.
something that has the color of the dot(red/green) and the number level of that dot.
the idea is to match the color of the dot( in 3x) to the color of the dot in the BB Balanced indicator.
a matching green dot at approximate level of 20 for the 3X, to the fist green dot in BB Balanced indicator, may be the beginning of a nice move up.

What is a good timeframe to use on this Balanced BB Breakout or does it make sense to look for buy signals on multiple timeframes? basically if the 1hr, 30mi, 15min, 5min all have a buy signal then jump on otherwise sit back n relax? Please let us know what has worked best for others?

Futures are what I trade most. For that, I prefer MTF confirmation. 5, 10, 15, 30 min are the timeframes I typically use. But I also plot a daily and only take lower timeframe trades in the same direction as the daily unless I'm making a news play or a quick market open/close scalp.

What I look for is lower strategy signals aligning in the same direction, but I want the signals on the 5 and 10 min chart to have occurred within the last few candles. I also want to see the MACD_BB dots on the "correct" side of the zero line (below for shorts and above for longs) and the correct color (green for longs and red for shorts) on the 5 and 10 min chart at a minimum, but preferably on all 4.

Here's an image showing (hopefully) what I mean. The timeframes are marked from 5-30 min. The 30 min signal is new and the MACD_BB dot is red and heading below the zero line. That's what I want to see. And the most recent signals on the 5, 10, and 15 min charts are also shorts. So I have the directional alignment I'm looking for. Still, I didn't take this trade for 3 reasons: (1) The 5 and 10 min signals were 2 hours old. I rather trade fresh signals. (2) The 21, 50, and 200 EMAs were stacked positive across all timeframes, so this would be a counter-trend trade. (3) The daily chart showed price at a resistance point but not yet signaling a short. I thought it better to find something else to trade. Good thing too, because I'd have gotten stopped out if I'd jumped in when the 30 min signal popped.

In my opinion, MTF confirmation is necessary but not sufficient. I want MTF signals to align with higher timeframe price action and S/R. Just my 2 cents.

Happy Trading.

I have been successful in the /ES with a 3min and 5 min chart.

I totally agree I noticed the same exact thing and have been using that on my B4 chart in combination.

We are working on a new release of the B4, as it is now called. Many things will be improved and a few things added like:
  1. B4 Levels
  2. B4 Brackets
This combined with the scanner, watchlist column, new B4 signals and Watchlist, Is going to take this thing to an entirely different level.
I cant wait!!!!

Thanks for the overwhelming support!!!!

I think i'm getting the idea more and more from this indicator.. i use 34/89/34 for macd.. I noticed this morning why my line was different than the RSM. suggestion, can you make the plot line below use the input variables?

RSM plot RSM_MACD_Diff = reference MACD("fast length" = 12, "slow length" = 26, "macd length" = 9).Diff;
