Inverted VIX for lower chart in ThinkOrSwim

Here is a little study I made using the inverted VIX that also has bollinger bands as well. But You can put any symbol you want. Works pretty well with AsGoodAsItGets_Indicator and AsGood_3TrendIndicator

Ok for some reason this is kicking up about 40 minutes after open and then an hour or so after that refreshes. Any input on that or how to resolve?

With that said, I'm running into a little difficulty with the display:

Have you experienced this? It doesn't happen all the time...

I'm talking about the display of the indicator on the screen...The indicator stops and starts...It's just too erratic to work with, although, when it works, it's great!

Here is another screenshot highlighting the issue that I'm seeing on this end...In this instance, it's broken in the middle...

I have noticed that during trading hours that the ToS symbol VIX does NOT transmit real-time data from approximately 7:15 to 7:31 MST (9:15-9:31 EST).
This is an after-market hours image of a 1 minute chart showing a gap of ~3 minutes but during regular market hours is ~16 minutes:

The after-market data does appear for most of those "16 missing data minutes".
It would be more pronounced at a longer time-frame ( >2 minutes, etc.).
Further analysis is required.

Not sure which labels you are referring to. I have other indicators on my top chart that generate labels but none related to this post.

All the labels are from different indicators. I can share the one that has pre market and previous day labels if you want that. The one that is driving the “long calls” is from another indicator I built listed under Heikin Ashi all in one

If memory serves me right the premarket time I have modified to start at 7 am central versus using the overnight. I know that’s what I’m using now and I can’t remember when I posted this one.

Interesting. I pretty much use it on 5 minute or less and the only issues I have seen were with premarket on. Otherwise if I am at home on main set up meaning big screen I primarily use a stand alone chart like this coupled with AsGoodAsItGets_ArrowsOnly as shown here
