Need help to create Buy Low Sell High Indicator

Can someone help me to code an indicator with following conditions:

buy:
High < high(-1)
Low < low (-1)
Close > open
High > 10 EMA

Sell:
High > high (-1)
Low > low (-1)
Close < open
Low < 10 EMA

Def BC3 = Close > Open;
Def BC4 = High > ExpAverage(Close,10);
Def SC1 = High> High[1];
Def SC2 = Low >Low[1];
Def SC3 = Close < Open;
Def SC4 = Low < ExpAverage(Close,10);
Plot Binary = If (BC1 + BC2 + BC3 + BC4) ==4 then 1 else If (SC1 + SC2 + SC3 + SC4) == 4 then -1 else 0;
