I'm somewhat familiar with various more traditional programming languages (currently use python), and every time I have to edit a thinkscript script, I feel like I'm starting from scratch.

Is there a thread or article that goes over how thinkscript differs from traditional programming languages - kind of a guide for those coming from traditional languages so that we can reorient our thinking to work the way thinkscript works?

Also, nothing better than just reading the posts and following through the indicator, the logic and how the script was structured and the functions used to attain the goal.

i don't have a good answer for your question, just some resources on learning thinkscript.
