WOT (Web of Trust) False Positive?

@BenTen Having finally migrated from the old Flarum site to this new Xenforo one, I've experienced an issue with the email notification links. Web of Trust (WOT) is indicating there is a security concern:

I'm thinking this is just a false positive or perhaps an issue with sendgrid.net, but I thought "better safe than sorry"...

There is currently nothing wrong with Sendgrid. We have been using them to send our emails for as long as I can remember. Sorry about that. Thanks for bringing it to my attention though. I willl have to dig in and see what cause that issue.
