I wrote a scan to scan for a color change when the TTM_Wave_A Indicator, goes from blue to red but I'm not seeing any results no matter what time frame I change it too. Would someone mind taking a look at the code. Thanks

declare lower;
def wave = TTM_Wave().Wave1;
def changesToRed = TTM_Wave() < TTM_Wave();
plot scan = changesToRed;

you want something to happen on a color change. but what does that really mean? what has to happen?
wave1 crosses over 0, it goes from positive to negative.

you assigned a value to wave, but didn't use the variable wave.

created a formula with the same value on both sides of the <.
