First, I am brand new to TOS. Yes, I have web TOS up and running via a new Schwab account.

I am primarily interested in Charts and Studies. The web TOS I'm using is different than the TOS I find in all of the tutorial videos I've seen.

What am I missing?

Yes, the web version is different from the desktop app version.
I do not believe that TDA or Schwab have written any tutorials for the web version.

Almost everything written on this forum was created for the desktop ToS app which you can download from here:

Need TOS for Schwab-specific tutoriials

I've found a plethora of video tutotials for TOS Charts, but the options have changed, ostensibly since the Schwab takeover.

1. I'm trying to use the Web interface.
2. How can my configuration be constant, regardless which browser and computer I'm using?
3. How can I customize time period and candle duration?
4. I will consider paid subscription, if current TOS can do what I need.

The web version is very basic. There's not much you can do other than basic charting (without custom scripts) and placing trades. It's more suitable for traders who manage long-term positions and need a quick check on their holding.
