These 3 Volume Labels

I am sure the answer is already available, for some reason my searches haven't been able to exactly find this:

I need three labels (declare on_volume): one showing today's current total volume, second one showing 30-day average volume for the current time-of-day, and the third showing 30-day average volume for the full day.

I am pretty good at tweaking script, but sometimes struggle to write it from scratch. Thank you so much for your kind assistance.
