Stock screener based on fundamentals in ToS

Could some one please help me with a screener script that wanted based one the following few items. I have been struggling how to find stocks using these criteria.
Reason behind this request.I missed two massive runs 1) $CVNA 2) $SAM
1) Short Interest
2) Outstanding shares
3) Institutional holdings
4) Market cap
5) Last closing price
6) Average volume
7) Upcoming earning date
All these I can find on TD ameriatrade mobile app but don't know how to screen stocks based on this criteria.
