Stick intraday Scan Alerts to a WL automatically

Currently I have a scanner that alerts on the 15 minute timeframe. What I do now, is manually add those stocks as they pop up, onto a watchlist and check back on them throughout the day.

Is there a way to keep those alerted stocks on a WL for today only automatically? I know you can use the "within x bars" in the code, but I dont want to look back 20 bars at 4am into the previous trading day.

Happy to expand should someone need a clearer idea.

You are correct.
To retain all alerts throughout the day, the "within X bars" method must be utilized. However, this requires incrementally increasing the bar count as time progresses.

Since the "within X bars" feature consumes significant resources, its retrospective capability is throttled by Schwab. Beyond a certain threshold, the system will throw a timeout error, leading to scan failure.

In other words, sadly no. The ToS app does not provide a method to Stick intraday Scan Alerts to a WL automatically.
