Set up an "AND" conditional order that triggers when another symbol is trading in a >= AND <= range

I'm trying to figure out how to buy an inverse ETF when it's Long counterpart ETF's price drops <= a price and >= a slightly lower price. For example, Buy Market SQQQ if TQQQ <= 35.00 AND TQQQ >= 34.00. If TQQQ gaps below 34.00, the Market Buy of SQQQ doesn't happen. It only triggers if TQQQ is trading between 34.00 AND 35.00.

All I see on the conditions window is OR and that doesn't work. Please help. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
