Script for 4 hour candle high/low price levels

Can anyone provide me with a simple script that will draw a horizontal price line at the high and low of each 4 hour candle printed during the New York session only and extend them to the right? I’d like the ability to add these lines on past 4 hour candles as well. Preferably a short dashed Cyan color line.

I’ve searched for a script on this but have had no luck. Thank you in advance.

for a basic study, high/low lines on each period, this will do it.
change the time to 4 hours

add these lines, to have separate horizontal lines
zhi.SetPaintingStrategy(PaintingStrategy.HORIZONTAL);
zlo.SetPaintingStrategy(PaintingStrategy.HORIZONTAL);


if you need lines extended to the right, then for every line, you will need a plot formula and supporting formulas ( a lot of code). rethink this and come up with a reasonable quantity. maybe the 4 most recent lines?
