Scanner for RSI >70 on daily for last 5 days in a row

Hi,
I am trying to create Scanner for RSI >70 on daily for last 5 days in a row, I tried using 5 bars but not getting expected results. I think we need to input length and add a condition which I am not familiar with. Can you please help?
