scanner above close price...

I have previous day close price script that draws a line on the chart everyday...

but I am trying use the same script to create a scanner on my 5mins chart, but it is not finding the right stocks which are just 1 bar above...I am using crosses above condition though ...any input is great...Thanks

yes..that was the error i was getting...i actaully trying for alerts from the ones that just cross the prev close price..probably 1 bar up for long calls...or 1 bar down for short...
