Scan: Unexpected Error

I have a question about creating scans.

I added this on the lower studies and then went to create the scan, I set the filter, I set it to TRUE.

plot scan = upperBand > upperBand[1] and lowerBand < lowerBand[1] ; scan.hide();

And lately I've been error a lot of error message, is it because I'm asking for a lot of data to return back to me ( TOS cant' handle it) or is my computer does not have enough processing power?

This is what I have -
Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-14900HX (2.20 GHz)
Installed RAM 32.0 GB (31.7 GB usable)
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

thanks,

Good news! For the ToS app; most of the load is on the Schwab Server side.
Therefore, the size of your rig won't be causing most of the error messages that you see.

Bad news! Yes, if Schwab determines that your scan will require an unfair share of resources; the execution will time out. But that is a different message.

Lastly yes, setting your scan to larger return sizes can contribute to wonky responses.
ALWAYs test your scans with a show of 20 or 50 when building and optimizing.
After that...

After that, set it for the expected size seen during your testing.
You want to avoid setting for 2000.

It is not possible to say what is causing your exact error; without more information.
You can always:
1. call ToS support; they are rated #1
2. provide a shared link of your scan so we can see what you are seeing.
