Scan price hitting lows of an inputted date

Today HUMANA stock was down 20% and hit the COVID lows, then bounced 10%. Got me thinking --- does anyone have a script to create a watchlist of stocks who hit the prices between X and Y dates (for instance, March 10 and 25 of 2020). The dates could be user input on the scan page.
