Scan $5-$10 Stocks with High Growth

I am trying to set up a scan and just want someone better at this than me to look it over and confirm that I have settings all good. Some of the wording on the settings has me confused. These are the criteria I am hoping to find stocks for. It's particularly the EPS settings and RS one that I am not sure about. Thanks for the help.

Price: $5-$10
VolAvg: >100,000 in last 50 days
EPS growth: most recent quarter is 25%+ vs year ago quarter
EPS growth: Annualized 5 year rate >10%
Relative Strength: >80
ROE: >15%
