price/ indicator wave number LABEL for thinkscript

I'm looking for the best function within thinkscript to plot price candle lables and also indicator lables given a specific condition. My intention is to use this to create something that maintains an active wave count and displays it on the price bar as well as on indicators. I am aware of "addChartBubble" but wondering if there is anything better for achieving this goal? I am trying to make it look something like this:
