Percentage change in RSI over 10 trading days

Hi,

I am looking for help for below two things.

1) Using thinkorswim scan, I am trying to find stocks for which the RSI (14, daily) has changed over 10% but not more than 15% (10-15%) over the last 10 trading days.

2) Is there a way to build customized column meeting four criteria: i) RSI (14) > 50, ii) MACD (12,6,9) > 0 iii) SMA(21) > SMA(50) iv) DI plus is greater than DI minus. Assign color based on these criteria: Dark Green if SMA(10)>SMA(21), SMA(21)>SMA(50), SMA(50)>SMA(200), Orange if SMA(10)<SMA(21), SMA(21)>SMA(50), SMA(50)>SMA(200), pink if SMA(10)>SMA(21), SMA(21)<SMA(50), SMA(50)>SMA(200), Red if SMA(10)>SMA(21), SMA(21)<SMA(50), SMA(50)<SMA(200).

find the highest and lowest values for rsi for the past 10 bars.
compare this number to the lowest, to find a % change.
compare the % number to 2 numbers to see if it is between them.
