Only Show Arrowup if previous signal is within x bars

Can anyone help me figure this out? I'm looking for a script that will show the current signal "arrowup" only if a previous signal "arrowup" was triggered within the last 15 candles. Any help would be appreciated

this will look back at the previous 15 bars, and count them. this can be compared to some number. arrowup has an offset, to start summing on previous bar, not current one.
