Not receiving alerts

Hi,

I have a scan set on 3min. I set the alerts for this scan. I am not receiving all the alerts. Whatever I receive are random alerts of the scan but not consistent.
The same code works fine on the chart, gives me correct alert on chart which proves that the code is fine.
How can I fix the scan alerts. Please help me.

Post your scan and post your alert setting. Too many variables without much information, we can't help.

Setting the scan to three minutes only means that the scanner is evaluating the script against a three minute candles. It is not possible to select how often the scan will update. Updates appear somewhat randomly every few minutes. Unfortunately, that's just how it works. There's nothing to fix.

Theoretically, Scans update every 3 - 7 minutes but that's not guaranteed... It all comes down to server load at any given time and the complexity of your Scan... However, if you are updating a Watchlist based on a Scan the Watchlist cells will update in near real time... It is the Watchlist updates, additions and deletions of included symbols, that are delayed...
