moving average on ipo stocks

Hi guys,

I find my moving average on charts does not show up if the bars are less than the days counted.
Example:
plot XMA200 = MovingAverage( AverageType.SIMPLE, price, 200);

if the stock has less than 200 bars the indicator will not show up, i would like the following code to hide this indicator so it does not affect the other function in the script.
This code shows error, what is the right way to code this?

plot XMA200 = if BarNumber() > 200 { XMA20 } else { double.NaN };

Is this part of a larger script that you're using? Or is it just a standard SMA indicator?

If it's only the standard SMA indicator, then remove it from your chart.

If it's something larger than the standard script, then you could do:

Code:
plot XMA200 = if BarNumber() > 200 then XMA200 else double.nan;

I tried the code, it has no error but the result is the same on the chart.
I have 20, 50 and 200 MA plotted.
When XMA200 is plotted, the MA starts from 200th bar, when i disable it then MA would start from MA50
