Market Net Highs/Lows indicator

Hi Guys,

I am wondering if anybody is using Nasdaq new Highs vesus new Lows indicator?

The concept is quite simple -how many stocks reaching new highs vesus new lows today and show the quantity as histogram on chart.

I don't know how to pull data to make this indicator, any help will be appreciated.
