please help, need custom column counting how many times tickers LOW or HIGH of day on watchlist column, HIGH of day green LOW of day red

your description is confusing, so i guessed, that you want to count new highs and new lows, during a day.

here is a lower to experiment with.
it counts new highs and new lows during a day and displays them in a label.
if high count is > low count, then green. else red.
i think it will work in a column
