Is it possible to stick labels in the empty space that is the expansion area?

I'm combining a bunch of scripts and I was wondering it if were possible to stack the labels in the expansion area as seen in this mock-up

What about locking in the max expansion area size so I don't have to keep on switching it back to my chosen size from say 200 bars to the right ?

you can't stack labels.
you could push them into place by drawing a bunch of black labels, with spaces, before them. but if you resize your window, they will be off. and it will cover the top part of chart.

you can place bubbles anywhere on a chart. just need a time and a valid price.
