Index Direction Label

Can someone show me how you would create this?

I would like a label on top of my chart. Inside the label, the name of an index and the percentage change from the close of the previous day. If the change is higher, I want the label to be colored green. If the change is lower, I want the label to be colored yellow.

(With a Green or Yellow background label) "SPX 1.5%"

The label would always reference the daily chart of SPX (and other labels for other indexes), and would be put on charts of different time frames.
