How to trade/scalp multiple tickers during the day

Hi,

I am trying to see multiple charts and find a trade in a grid. I miss out on potential trades in the process.
Any advise on how to pick most potential tickers for scalping or trading.
Just looking at SPY is a better option for scalping ? i look at SPY and sometimes there are better scalp opportunities in AAPL or AMZN.. i missout.
Any useful scanner to keep an eye on potential trades. please share your experience .
Also i keep looking at the charts almost whole day. instead i want to focus on first hour and last hour of the day and get done with it.
