How to count number of seconds close > vwap per candle and display a bubble?

Hello,

I try to find out how many seconds the price was greater than the vwap / candle. I try to find out the strength of the candle. If possible, then I would like to know the possibility of restricting to the last 25% of the candle timing. Ex. on a 4 min candle, execute the logic for the last one minute out of the 4 minutes.

I don't think we can get that data.

We can highlight or signal whether a candle closes above VWAP or below VWAP. But to retrieve the time it spent above VWAP before closes below doesn't seem possible.
