Fixing Floating volume bars

Hi guys, was wondering if I could get some help here for a script I copied off of here previously. Certain volume bars on the indicator make it so that all the volume bars start floating (2nd pic). I think it's due to the seller volume of the indicator having close to no sellers, 1st and 2nd pic are the same chart except the 2nd is showing 1 more bar which is a volume bar with no sellers (drawn an arrow at it). The first pic is ideally how I want the indicator to look. And the 3rd pic is a lesser problem I have which is volume spikes, if there is any quick solution to the volume spikes then that would be much appreciated as well.
