FIB% Scan & Watchlist

Does anyone have scan for FIB% and a watchlist column that displays FIB% (similar to Bollinger Band %) for a user definable timeframe?

I'm a swing trader primarily focused on trading oil stocks. I've had good results manually looking at charts for each of the 25-30 oil stocks in my watchlist to determine relative FIB% and direction over a 30-day timeframe. I've found that picking those that are FIB%-correlated relative to /CL prove to be the best swing trade candidates. This is a time-consuming process that I'd like to automate do some degree.

Solution
Pieced together the following which seems to work pretty well as a label or in a watchlist column.

def a = HighestAll(high);
def b = LowestAll(low);
def barnumber = BarNumber();
def c = if high == a then barnumber else Double.NaN;
def d = if low == b then barnumber else Double.NaN;
rec highnumber = CompoundValue(1, if IsNaN(c) then highnumber[1] else c, c);
def highnumberall = HighestAll(highnumber);
rec lownumber = CompoundValue(1, if IsNaN(d) then lownumber[1] else d, d);
def lownumberall = LowestAll(lownumber);
def day = GetDay();
def month = GetMonth();
def year = GetYear();
def lastDay = GetLastDay();
def lastmonth = GetLastMonth();
def lastyear = GetLastYear();
def isToday = If(day == lastDay and month == lastmonth and year ==...

am excited ty for sharing. Can you tell me if this is scanning for all time highs to all time lows? looking at code... I cant tell.

The ToS Scan Hacker does not have access to enough data to provide "all time highs to all time lows"
