Dividend Stock Scan in TOS

I'm not sure that a scan can be built for TOS with the following criteria. I know that the data exists within TOS, but I have no idea how to access some of the fundamental data for a Thinkscript scan, if it even can be. Would anyone be willing to try to script a TOS scan with the following criteria?

• Beta < .80
• PE Ratio < 20
• Payout Ratio < 60
• Dividend 10 years growth rate > = 6% per year
• Number of years of consecutive dividend increases - 5 years or longer
• Price > $25
• Volume >1,000,000
