Custom Price Line with + / - Cloud

Hey community! I was curious if someone could help create a dynamic price line with a line above and below that can be edited. Link to example included, can't figure out how to include it in the post.

So basically on a 5m or 1m i want the current price with a line to the right, then a cloud up .25 and a cloud down .50 - so if the price moves from 20.00 to 20.05 the price line move and the double cloud moves as well.
Hope this makes sense. Any help is greatly appreciated, love this community!

the lower line seems to be the same distance from the last bar price line, as the top line. so the proper description would be,
2 lines , +0.25 and -0.25 from the last bar price line. not -.50.

why did you mention this?

1. do you want to ignore,
price moves <= 0.05 ? or some other increment?
2. or do you want the price line to move with every bar price change?

I was thinking of profit scalping - I use a +25 -50 approach, so the actual price would be the line then green cloud above for .25 and red cloud below fro .50 ( I give a wide cushion)

It helps me see where my targets might line up with other indicators.

So as the price fluctuates , the clouds move as well.
