Current Price Scan Code Needed

Hello all,

I need to scan (within a watchlist) for symbols with:

• green candle only with CURRENT price above 3EMA
• red candle only with CURRENT price below 3EMA (for short scan)

This will run off the daily timeframe.

Any help is greatly appreciated (I'm sure this is a piece of cake for you guys, but I just can't get it right.)
