binance 1 min volume

I'm new to coding and would appreciate some assistance. I'm trying to create an indicator that notifies me when specific volume that am watching out for appears or shows in the 1 mins Timeframe. The things is that my edge works or has higher probability on higher volume and I don't like how I keep checking the charts the whole day waiting for the volume spike. I would appreciate if anyone can help me with the code and also I use binance exchange so it would be binance 1 min volume I want to watch out for
